Goshen Medical Center Payment Policy

Payment is expected on the date of service. Patients are expected to pay any co-pays, and co-insurance as per the terms of their health insurance policy. Patients are also expected to present their insurance card at each visit to make certain that coverage is in force at the time of service.

Goshen Medical Center will make payment arrangements with patients with overdue balances. This can be discussed with our patient service representative before the patient is seen by a provider.
