340(b) Prescription Discount Program

Goshen Medical Center is an organization eligible to participate and purchase discounted drugs under the Federal 340(b) program due to our federally-qualified health center status. An individual is considered a Goshen Medical Center 340(b) eligible patient only if: (1) Goshen Medical Center has established a relationship with the individual, which includes maintaining records of the individual’s health care; (2) the individual receives health care services from a health care professional who is either employed by Goshen Medical Center or provides health care under contractual or other arrangements (e.g., referral or consultation) such that responsibility for the individual’s care remains with Goshen Medical Center. For further clarification, ask our health care professionals at the medical office or dental office where you normally receive services.

This program greatly benefits our patients by saving them approximately 40% or more off the normal retail price of their prescriptions.
